Manage logistics and customer relationship of on-going construction projects. Including ordering material, scheduling deliveries, handling customer correspondence, trouble shooting project issues, change orders, and other activities as required by the projects.
Must be able to multi task. Interpersonal skills are essential for working with our customers as well as supporting our outside sales team. Our work environment is fast paced and rigorous. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Experience with Comsense.
5+ years of work experience.
General knowledge of construction or related experience.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers.
Ability to communicate and put in plain words technical information to non-technical clients.
Good written communication skills.
To perform all of the tasks above while still being cost effective and maintaining minimum overhead expense.
