Duties and Responsibilities: *Prepare complete door, frame and hardware estimates using architectural drawings and specifications. *Work with general contractors to insure that the GC has all door/hardware products needed in scope of hotel renovation or hotel new build project. *Manage the complete lifecycle of a project from estimating, ordering, product submittals, change orders, delivery, troubleshooting and closeout. *Process orders for door and hardware materials and arrange for shipment of products to the correct destination. *Work with department director and sales to insure prioritization of work and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * Previous experience in door and hardware field * Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) * Experience with Comsense preferred, but not required * Experience with Quickbooks preferred, but not required Job Description: Assists every customer in a timely manner Manages orders taken by phone, fax and email, ensuring accurate entry into the order management system Processes customer orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner Organizes workflow to meet customer deadlines Presents and discusses the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs Manages inbound and outbound phone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills Attends to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitates satisfactory resolution Understands and appropriately uses corporate pricing systems to create profitable sales Reviews quotes and orders for accuracy Confirms all costs with vendors in the case of special orders Responsible for preparing entering takeoffs and bids for new base plan or revisions. Prepares and enter material counts for new plans and plan revisions on doors, frames and hardware. Work with individuals and departments to obtain accurate information for purchase order generation.
