Responsible for the detailing of doors, frames, and hardware for bid submittals. The Project Manager will simultaneously manage multiple projects from start to finish including bidding, contracting, submittals, ordering, change orders, etc.
Detailing of doors, frames, and hardware for bid submittals
Simultaneously manage multiple projects to completion
Purchasing and coordinating the delivery of material
Ensure change orders are properly documented and invoiced
Manage projects in an efficient and proactive manner to meet/exceed customer expectations
Experience with commercial doors, frames, and hardware
Experience with bid documents, bidding, bid submittals and estimating
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Basic Microsoft Office
Timely submission of bids and submittals
Good communication skills - written and oral
