We are looking for both entry level Project Managers as well as experienced Project Managers
Responsible for overall coordination, management and supply of Doors Frames Hardware and installation packages for commercial projects. The Project Manager ensures that each project is completed on schedule, within budget, meeting the owner’s standards expectations and above all, keeping our company’s bottom line the priority.
Duties and Responsibilities
Communication and coordination with the general contractor, material suppliers, and installation department
Review and tracking of RFI’s RFC’s and change orders
Responsible for completing project within budget or better
Management of installation crews
Competitive Salary - Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Excellent communication skills - written and oral
Experience with plan Takeoffs
Meticulous with paper flow, detail, and follow-ups
Purchasing of Doors and Frames
Ability to get along with diverse personalities
Able to manage several projects simultaneously
Identify issues early and be adept at problem solving
Midlevel computer skills
