Seeking an industry CONTROLLER to join the company and help keep our books.
We are looking for an aggressive and career oriented individual who seeks long term employment. Candidate must have a Bachelors degree with a concentration in Accounting and 5+ years of accounting experience. A CPA is favorable but not necessarily required as long as candidate possesses a background in accounting for distribution and supply chain management. Essential are a high awareness for attention to detail and a knack for numbers. We are looking for someone to lead our accounting staff and use our COMSENSE OPENING SUITE operating system. We need a candidate who has knowledge of today's business climate for material purchase orders and sub-contract labor pay applications. At the end of the day getting paid for a job well done is the goal and extensive skills in collections is a must! Opportunities for industry training and education do exist for qualified candidates. Our work week is Monday – Friday, Saturday as schedule requires, and will include some weekends for Managers. Full time positions have benefits, BlueCross Medical/Dental Insurance, 10 paid holidays and 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO).
Headquarters located in Mobile, AL - Primary Work is located along Gulf Coast - with some work Nationwide

Knowledge of Comsense ADVANTAGE and ENTERPRISE operating platform for Accounting and Inventory Management
Skill set for client relations and COLLECTIONS of AR ledger
Ability to perform the following tasks accurately and regularly:
Management of Accounts Payable (match acknowledgements to purchase orders)
Management of Accounts Receivable (invoicing and AIA pay application processes)
Bank Settlement Reports
Review, Negotiate and Execute Client Material Purchase Orders and Labor Sub-Contracts
Manage Customer Change Order process
Prepare and Monitor Budget in accordance with actual performance
Manage all licenses, insurance requirements and tax returns for company
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: Additional Performance Compensation available for exceeding performance earned benchmarks
