Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the company, based on company targets and objectives for growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Sales team to develop annual sales plan in support of strategy and objectives.
Directly implements and executes sales policies and practices.
Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.
Manages multiple channel selling strategies.
Provides market feedback and input in new product development initiatives
Leads retention efforts by raising customers’ issues internally
Travels with reps in assigned sales territories
Ambassador for the NGP brand in the door and hardware industry
Attends trade shows to actively promote NGP
Builds and maintains relationships to promote NGP
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with marketing background
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of associates, customers, and vendors.
Proficient knowledge of relevant MS Office products.
Ability to work effectively in a team oriented culture.
Travel approximately 8 days per month in assigned areas.
