Immediate full time opening for a Senior Project Manager to hit the road running with large complex projects.
Our Project Managers meet with the estimator and detailer at the beginning of a job. He/she will review submittals and initiate the purchasing process according to the specifications and detailing report. PM will work closely with the customer, vendor, warehouse, purchasing and hollow metal shop to provide the material according to the contract. PM will create and execute change orders as needed to accommodate customer’s needs. PM will work to resolve any discrepancies or problems on the jobs. PM will document all aspects of the job through sales orders, purchase orders, and in emails, acknowledgements, Change Orders, returned submittals, or other written correspondence with customers and vendors.
Jobs vary in size from small tenant improvements ($10-$15K) to large multiuse facilities ($900K to over $3mil). Most projects are located in Western Washington and Alaska.
Small Project Estimator/Detailer (relocation required)
Immediate opening for a door and hardware professional to estimate and detail small projects and make occasional sales calls to local customers (no overnight travel required). This individual will fill the gap between our Counter Sales Team and our Contract Sales Department

Industry proficient as a project manager
Extensive hardware, hollow metal and wood door knowledge
AHC or equivalent
Five years minimum recent experience as a project manager in the door and hardware industry
Computer literacy – Excel, word, internet, ProTech (helpful but not required)
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated problem solver
Proficient at providing caring and respectful customer service
Small Project Estimator/Detailer *relocation is required for this position
Five years experience estimating and detailing doors and hardware.
Experience in door, hardware, and specialty sales.
Enthusiasm and self-motivation with an attention to detail.
Proficient at providing caring and respectful customer service.
Good communication skills.
