H2H Commercial is looking for the right person to add to their team of outstanding service providers to their ever growing pool of Customer/Partners in the commercial door frame and hardware scope.
Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
Ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Negotiate labor contracts with 3rd party subs within precon estimates.
Salary: $60K - $80K (Commensurate with experience)

5 years Doors, Frames, and Hardware experience required.
Candidates with high attention to detail and a drive to succeed.
Telecommuting is allowed.
Additional Salary Information: Bonus based on profit
