We are looking to hire a Specification Consultant that can help write specifications and be part of all Design Efforts and CA Efforts. This is a work from home remote position. The ideal candidate will be located near a major airport. Travel will be required at times to visit with customers, architects end users, general contractors, etc. Travel to not exceed 25%.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing specifications and Project Management services. We are only considering candidates that have their AHC certification and are in good standing with the Door and Hardware Institute.
Must have AHC certification
Must have experience BIM Integration software such as Openings Studio, Overtur, etc.
Must have Proven Track Record of specification development.
Must have Proven Track Record of Project Management services.
Must have minimum Ten (10) years experience in the Door and Hardware Industry.

Additional Salary Information: Base salary plus + project profit sharing
