Full time Door and Hardware estimator and detailer.  Perform plan takeoffs, prepare estimates and devise value engineered price options.  Prepare Sales Orders, detailing, manage shop drawings and delivery of product.  Work from office preferred. Remote work will be considered for experienced candidates.

Product and installation techniques knowledge in Doors, Frames and Hardware

Hotel and Multi-Family construction familiarity in Doors, Frames and Hardware 

Blue prints reading and takeoff skills

Computer ability to open PDF plan documents and specs or print locally

Proficiency in Comsense Advantage, Excel and Quickbooks to prepare estimates and Sales Orders

Organizational skills

Logistics management skills
