Project Manager

Project Managers are responsible for the total project management consisting of Hollow Metal, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware and Division 10 items from post bid to closeout.  Responsibilities also includes preparation of shop drawings. Candidates must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record of consistently meeting project deadlines and logistical requirements to exceed customer expectations. A minimum of 3 years experience in the Door and Hardware industry with Project Management experience. Excellent computer skills and experience with an industry based software is required, preferably Comsense.

Project Management / Estimating Assistant

The PM/Estimating Assistant will be responsible for assisting Project Managers and Estimators with various duties. Candidates must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 1 year experience in the Door and Hardware industry is preferred. Excellent computer skills and experience an industry based software is required, preferably Comsense.  

Detailer

Detailers work in coordination with Estimators and Project Managers in preparation of submittals and shop drawings.. Candidates for this position should have a proven record in detailing Hollow Metal, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware and Division 10 Specialties items by accurately interpreting plans and specifications.  A minimum of 5 years experience in the Door and Hardware industry with detailing experience is preferred.  AHC is preferred but not required. Excellent computer skills and experience with an industry based software is required. Comsense Enterprise is preferred.

Estimator 

Candidates for this position should have a proven record in estimating Hollow Metal, Wood Doors, Finish Hardware and Division 10 Specialties items by accurately interpreting plans and specifications. Candidates shall have the ability to furnish an accurately defined scope and pricing based on plans and specifications. A minimum of 3 years experience in the Door and Hardware industry and estimating is preferred.  Excellent computer skills and experience with an industry based software is required, preferably Comsense.  

Installation Manager

The Installation Manager is responsible for coordinating, assisting with and managing all work being performed by the Installation Department, as well as managing the Installation Technicians.  Candidates must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record of consistently meeting project deadlines and logistical requirements to exceed customer expectations.
