Job Description:

RT Western, Inc is looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The Assistant Project Manager should be highly motivated, detail oriented and thrive in a team environment.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in the planning and implementation of projects.
• Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
• Provide assistance in detailing projects.
• Review all Addendums/RFIs and ASI’s received.
• Maintain drawings folder and Field Document Control folder.
• Collaborate with General Foreman’s to ensure they have all the proper documentation to perform their work.
• Responsible for varies communication between internal and external Project Managers.
• Attend internal and external meetings as required.

Requirement and Skills:

• 3+ years’ experience in assistant project management or administrative assistance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Doors, Frame and Hardware.
• Experiencing in using Software for Hardware (SFH)
• Experience using Monday.com
• Experience in Bluebeam
• Experience in Dropbox
