We are looking for a knowledgeable Project Manager who can own a project from initial contact through completion and be accountable as the subject expert in commercial doors and hardware for both tenant improvement projects as well as ground up projects. Proven experience in estimating within the commercial door and hardware industry. Be able to manage project cost and profitability. Create, manage, execute and expedite schedules in concert with the superintendent or GC project manager. Excellent ability to manage jobs to completion, on time, on budget, with complete client satisfaction.
*3-5 years experience in the door, frame and hardware industry
* Strong understanding of blueprints and architectural plans.
*Comfortable going out to job sites, unaccompanied, to double check blueprint accuracy and communicate with superintendent.
*Able to build a full submittal package, creating door, frame and hardware schedules.
*DHI certificates or AHC certified is preferred
*Task and detail oriented with strong organizational skills
