Project Manager for doors, frames, & hardware. AHC or CDC preferred. Candidate Duties include managing projects from submittal phase to final invoicing and close out. Candidate must be experienced, self-confident, highly motivated and able to manage time effectively, respond quickly & accurately to problems, maintain customer relationships, communicate effectively with co-workers and accept accountability for their performance. Comsense Experience is Preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ Project Management experience required. Extensive knowledge of Division 8 specifications and requisite building code requirements as well as extensive hollow metal and wood door product knowledge is a minimum requirement.
