We are looking for a Project Manager in the Phoenix area with extensive knowledge in commercial hardware and doors for both tenant improvement projects as well as ground up projects. This position entails owning a project from initial contact through completion.  Proven experience in estimating within the commercial door and hardware industry is necessary.  Must be able to manage project cost and profitability.  Create, manage, execute and expedite schedules in concert with the superintendent or GC project manager.  Needs ability to manage jobs to completion, on time, on budget, with complete client satisfaction.
