DPR Construction is seeking an experienced doors and hardware project manager to join our self perform team. This individual will be ultimately responsible for the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk and business management of a particular project.

Management will be of commercial projects within our core markets: healthcare, higher education, advanced technology, life sciences, and commercial. Project managers will work closely with all members of the project team, project executives, and regional leadership teams and will be responsible for the following:

• Effective and proactive communication with project teams
• Hold and manage construction meetings
• Coordination with preconstruction teams and other project trades
• Manage project changes with quantity takeoff, pricing, and implementation
• Cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
• Detailed data entry into DFH takeoff software
• Review of trade partner DFH submittals for accuracy
• Compile detailed close out packages and warranty documents
• Monitor production and procurement schedules
• Communicate with trade partners, manufacturers, and manufacturers reps
• 100% detailed/hands-on knowledge of project scope
• Solid understanding of building processes and systems
• Cost control/billings/collections/change management/monthly status reports
• Challenge & support jobsite and self-perform field teams
• Accountable for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results

• Demonstrated proficiency reading and understanding architectural plans and specifications
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, On Screen Takeoff/Quick Bid, Smartsheet, and flexibility to learn platforms with an Ever Forward mindset
• Knowledge of DFH applications and their impact to fire code, building code, ADA, life safety and other restrictions related to commercial construction industry
