Our company is seeking an estimator to join our team. As a estimator, you will play a key role in analyzing project specifications, creating detailed estimates, and ensuring accuracy in project planning. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Responsibilities include reviewing blueprints, calculating material and labor costs, collaborating with project managers and clients and producing submittals and shop drawings for an awarded project. You will also be responsible for maintaining records of project estimates, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and supporting the project team to meet project deadlines. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of construction processes, strong computer skills, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements. 

• Proven experience as a detailer estimator in the construction industry
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
