We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to oversee multiple projects within the door and hardware industry, from inception to closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects including bid/estimate, detailing, preparing submittals, establishing project schedules, purchasing, managing contracts, and project closeout.

Excellent communication skills and exceptional job performance are essential to ensure accuracy and consistency in project execution. The role involves providing frequent updates to clients and leading a team to exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of leading manufacturers/vendors such as Allegion, Assa Abloy, dormakaba, and others, and be proficient in industry software Comsense as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

The base salary for this position is $100,000+ based on experience, knowledge, and relationships, with bonus salary based on performance and additional benefits potentially available.

This role requires a minimum of seven years of experience in the door and hardware industry, at least three years of experience using Comsense software, and three years of direct supervision of others.

• Demonstrated knowledge in Estimating, Detailing, Project Management, Procurement, Fulfillment, Logistics, Operations, and Supply Chain (preferred)
