We are seeking a skilled Hollow Metal Door, Wood door and Hollow Metal Frame Engineer to contribute to our team in generating machining sheets and overseeing the ordering process for commercial wood doors, HM doors, and HM frames. As a crucial member of our team, your responsibilities will include creating machining sheets that outline precise specifications.  Additionally, you will be in charge of placing orders for various door and frame products, ensuring that materials are sourced efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Division 8 processes and be familiar with industry-specific technologies. Knowledge of Protech and VT online systems is seen as an advantage in this role, as it will streamline our operations and enhance our efficiency. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential attributes for success in this position.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Estimating and Project Management team to guarantee that our projects are executed seamlessly and in accordance with the highest quality standards. Your expertise in wood door and frame engineering will be instrumental in driving our projects forward and delivering exceptional results to our clients.  Please note:  this is a engineering position and not a PM or Detailing Position.  

• Proficiency in generating detailed machining sheets for wood doors.
• Experience in ordering commercial wood doors, HM doors, and HM frames
• Knowledge of Protech and VT online systems is a plus, but willing to train on Protech
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
